Referral terms

Who can refer

Anyone 18 or over can get a referral code. You do not need to be a customer. One code per person.

What counts as a referral

Your friend uses your link, which remembers your code on their device for 90 days, or types your code on our quote form before they send it. A code we are told about after the job is booked does not count.

Your friend must be new to us: someone who has already asked us for a quote, or had work done, is not a new referral. You cannot refer yourself, your own vehicles or your own business.

If two people refer the same friend, the code on the quote request wins.

Rewards

Rewards for referrers are set out on this page once confirmed. Until then, a referral is tracked but no reward is promised.

We pay earned rewards by bank transfer or as credit on your own next job, your choice, within 30 days of the referred job being paid. A job that is cancelled, refunded or not paid does not earn a reward.

Fair play

We may decline or reverse a reward that comes from spam, fake enquiries, self-referral or anything misleading. Do not make claims about our prices, work or warranties that are not on this website.

We can change or end the programme with notice on this page. Rewards already earned before a change are still paid.

Privacy

We use your name and contact details only to run your referrals and pay your rewards. Your private page shows your friends by stage only, never by name. See our privacy page for the rest.
