Terms of quote and work

Quotes

Prices on this site are starting estimates. Your price is the written quote we give you after we see the car: it names the film by brand, range and code, the panels, and the days we need.

A quote is valid until the date written on it. Nothing is charged until you accept it.

Booking and deposits

Accepting a quote books your dates. Any deposit, and when the balance is due, is written on the quote before you accept it.

Changing or cancelling

Tell us as early as you can. Film is ordered for your job, so any cost of changing or cancelling after we have ordered it is set out on your quote.

Your car's condition

We inspect the paint with you before we start and note chips, clear coat failure, dents and old film. Film follows the surface, so damage under it still shows through.

Paint that is already failing, resprayed panels and aftermarket parts can lift when old film or tape comes off. We tell you at inspection when we see that risk.

Film and workmanship

Film warranties are the maker's and depend on the film and how the car is used and kept. We pass on the maker's terms with your invoice.

What we cover on our own workmanship (edges, lifting, bubbles) is written on your invoice.

Aftercare

We explain aftercare at handover with the car in front of you. Washing and storage affect how long film lasts, and pressure washers too close to an edge can lift it.

Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing on this page limits them.
