Colour change wrap
A new colour, laid panel by panel, that peels back to the paint you started with.
Every panel is cleaned, clayed and wiped with panel prep before a single sheet goes on. Badges, handles, lights and mirror caps come off where they can, so the film wraps the edge instead of stopping at it.
We cut with knifeless tape wherever a blade would go near your paint, post-heat every stretched area so the film keeps its memory, and inspect each panel under raking light before the car leaves.
- Full decontamination wash and panel prep
- Removal and refit of badges, handles and lights where practical
- Knifeless-tape cut lines near paint
- Post-heat on every stretched edge
- Door shuts quoted separately if you want them
All prices include GST. Estimates only: every job gets a written quote after we see the car. A from-price assumes a gloss, satin or matte film from the standard ranges, on a standard body in sound paint. Chrome, colour-shift and textured films, door shuts, paint repairs and extra trim removal are quoted on top, in writing, before any work starts.
Before you book
The six things everyone asks.
- How long is the car off the road?
- 4 to 6 working days, typically. Your written quote has the exact days, and you book the start date.
- Is it safe for my paint?
- On sound factory paint, film goes on and comes off cleanly within its rated life. Resprays, failing clear coat and chips are the risk, so we check the paint under light with you before we quote.
- What happens when I want it off?
- The film peels back to the paint underneath. Ask for removal any time and it goes on a written quote like any other job.
- How do I look after it?
- Hand wash with a pH-neutral wash, keep the pressure wand back from edges, and give it the first week to settle. Full aftercare at handover.
- What warranty do I get?
- Confirmed at quote. We write the film's brand, range and code on it, so you can check the maker's own terms.
- Do I pay a deposit?
- Confirmed at quote. Nothing is charged before you accept the written quote.
