Paint correction
Machine polishing that takes swirls and haze out of the clear coat before film or ceramic locks it in.
Film and ceramic both seal in whatever is underneath them. If the clear coat has swirls, holograms or light scratches, we correct it first so the finish you are protecting is the one you want to keep.
We look at the paint under raking light with you, measure where it matters, and tell you what a correction will and will not remove. Deep scratches through the clear coat need paint, not polish, and we say so.
- Inspection under raking light with you
- Decontamination wash and clay
- Machine polish, one or more stages as the paint needs
- Panel wipe so film or coating bonds clean
- Pairs with PPF and ceramic
All prices include GST. Estimates only: every job gets a written quote after we see the car.

Before you book
The six things everyone asks.
- How long is the car off the road?
- Booked after inspection. Your written quote has the exact days, and you book the start date.
- Is it safe for my paint?
- On sound factory paint, film goes on and comes off cleanly within its rated life. Resprays, failing clear coat and chips are the risk, so we check the paint under light with you before we quote.
- Does it work with film?
- Yes. Ceramic goes over paint, gloss film and PPF, so it pairs with every other job here.
- How do I look after it?
- Hand wash with a pH-neutral wash, keep the pressure wand back from edges, and give it the first week to settle. Full aftercare at handover.
- What warranty do I get?
- Confirmed at quote. We write the film's brand, range and code on it, so you can check the maker's own terms.
- Do I pay a deposit?
- Confirmed at quote. Nothing is charged before you accept the written quote.
